📹 Live: Design Youtube/Netflix

In Interview Camp's Live Session today, we discussed System Design for a video streaming service like Youtube or Netflix.

We started of with a mock interview with one of our students. They did a pretty good job of describing the overall system and services. They did a particularly good job of defining the different API calls the system will have.

We then proceeded to drawing the architecture diagram shown below.

After the mock interview, we discussed one aspect of the interview where the candidate fell short - describing how streaming works. We went into detail about the Streaming System and Adapting Streaming.
